The Farmington Auto Auction hosts numerous GSA Sales every year.  Contact us to find out more.  505-326-1005.  Farmington Auto Auction is proud to offer United States Government General Services Administration sponsored sales approximately every 4 weeks. Call for Sale times as they do vary depending on the number of vehicles set for sale.

All GSA Sales held at the Farmington Auto Auction are open to the public.

All GSA Sales held at the Farmington Auto Auction are broadcast Online via Live Simulcast (Concurrent Broadcast).

Being part of the Rocky Mountain region, we specialize in heavy trucks, 4×4 vehicles, and SUVs not available in other areas. GSA also provides us with a wide variety of other vehicles including cars, light trucks, and often ambulances and buses. Details and photos of GSA vehicles are available prior to the sale on our website, or on either of the GSA sites: https://autoauctions.gsa.gov / https://gsaauctions.gov. Inspection of the vehicles is encouraged and welcomed two days prior to the sale from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM.

3. Call the auction to confirm receipt of the Registration Agreement: 505-326-1005

4. Arrive at the Auction 15 minutes prior to the start of the sale to obtain your bidder badge.

 

To buy Online via Live Simulcast (Concurrent Broadcast):

1. Download and fill out the Registration Agreement: Registration Form 

2. RETURN THIS FORM TO THE AUCTION: (FAX) 505-213-0034 OR EMAIL: [email protected]

3. Call the auction to confirm receipt of the Registration Agreement: 505-326-1005

4. Complete Registration by signing up on the website: https://farmingtonaacommunity.xcira.com/register

               a. Make sure to select the option at the top to “REGISTER AS A PUBLIC BIDDER”.

There are two ways in which to purchase vehicles: You can either attend the auction at our facilities (1661 W Murray Dr, Farmington, NM 87401) or by using Online Ringman and bid for vehicles over the internet.

Full payment is required no later than 5:00 PM on the day of the sale. Payments may be made by cash, Visa, Mastercard, or guaranteed instrument (cashiers checks or certified bank letter of guarantee)
